Telegraphic tenders, similarly addressed and marked, will be leceived if presented at any telegraphic office by noon of the same date, provided that written tenders are lodged at any District or Resident Engineer’s Office by the same hour. The lists for the different Ridings may also be seen at the Resident Magistrate’s Courts hereunder, at which Courts objections must be left on or before the 15th day of February next, addressed to the Assessment Court, and a copy of every such objection must be left at the Cffice of the Couuty Council, Sewell street, Hokitika, not less than seven days before the next sitting of said Court.
