MOUT& In the matter of "The Debtors' and Creditors' Act, 1876," and the several Acts amending the same. rjiaiS IS TO NOTIFY that a Deed of -*- Composition, dated the 27th day of December, 1881, and made between EDWARD ROGERS, Carrying on business at Kumara, in the Provincial District of Westland, under the style of "E ROGERS and C 0.," a debtor of the one part, and all the creditors of the said Edward Rogers, of the other part, has this day been filed herein f and a Meeting: of the Creditors of the said Edward Rogers is hereby convened to be held at the Court House. Greymouth, on the Twenty-first day of JANUARY, 1882, at ten o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of aassenting to the said deed. Dated this 27th day of December, 1881. W. A.
