In wrestling, in Devon, Cornish or Cumberland style, no boots' or slippers, or covering of any kind upon the feet will be allowed, woollen stockings excepted. In collar and elbow style light shoes approved of by Committee may be worn. The decisions of the Committee, or whoever they may appoint, shall in all cases of dispute be final, and all law proceedings barred. The time for receiving entries and acceptances will be strictly adhered to. In the event of the weather proving unfavorable, the Committee shall have it in their power to postpone the sports from day to day. The Committee's Rules and Regulations will be strictly adhered to.
