IN pursuance of “ The Regulation of Elections Act, 1881,” I, William Alfred BaftOn, Returning Officer for the Electoral District of Kurnara, do hereby give notice that, by virtue of a writ bearing dat'e the Ninth day of November, 1881, tinder the hand of the Clerk of the Writs, an ELECTION will be held for the return of ONE Qualified Person to serveas a MEMBER for the said Electoral District and that the NOMINATION OF CANDIDATES will take [dace at the. Resident Magistrate’s Court House, Kurnara, at noon on the FIRST day of DECEMBER, 1881 ; and that the POLL, if necessary, will be taken at the several polling-places of the said district, on the NINTH day of DECEMBER, 1881.
