[to the editor.] Undoubtedly “ Fail- Play” and “ A ilon-belicver in Plumps” are two very nice persons, but their solution of the box mystery is hardly good enough, as at several of the polling booths there were no scrutineers. Perhaps they Can solve that problem. Inquisitive.
