WARDEN'S COURT.
Wednesday, November 16. [Before H. A. Stratford, Esq., Warden.] APPLICATIONS. The application of Carew and party, by their agent, Mr Hannan, for a double area at Cape Terrace was granted. A. Burton applied for the construction of a dam-bank to form a reservoir. The application was granted conditionally. The application of Rothwell aud party, for a double area at Ross Terrace, was granted, subject to existing rights,-Ac. The application of Jorgmisen and party for a double area at the School Ten ace, was adjourned to the 23rd inst., for inquiry. J. Barre't applied by his agent Mr Hannan, for a residence area on the west sideof the Dillmati's-ChiristcliUich road. The application was granted conditional I v. The application of J. Shannon and party for a tunnel was granted. Davidson and party applied for an abandoned dam at Quinu's Terrace. The application was adjourned to the 23rd inst., at noon. Earteilo and party's application, for a double-area claim at Larrikins was granted, subject to conditions. Charles Reyning and another applied by their agent, Mr Hannan, fur a doul.ie-area claim at Larrikins. The application was adjourned for a week.
