James Geddes, five years old, was burned to death at Green Inland yesterday, during his mother's absence. Dr. Borrows sustained seveie injuries this afternoon through his horse bolting down a rather steep street, and finally running into a butcher's cart, the doctor being thrown out violently. He was unconscious for some time. Auckland, November 14. Miss Percy, who jumped from the first storey of Mr Sloan's house, at the recent tire with her baby in her arms is in a dangerous btate. The baby has died. The wife of William Stafford, Port Albert, died suddenly. An inquest is to be held.
