NOTICE OF POLLING DAY. N pursuance of " The Regulation of . Elections Act, 1881," I, William Alfred Barton, Returning Officer for the Electoral District of Kmnara, do hereby give notice tliatj by virtue of a writ bearing date the Ninth day of November, 1881, under the hand of the Clerk of the Writs, an ELECTION will be held for the 1 return of ONE Qualified Person te~serveas a MEMBER for the said Electoral District ; and that the NOMINATION OF CANDIDATES will tak& place at the Resident Magistrate's Court House, Kumara, at noon on the FIRST day of DECEMBER, 1881; and that the POLL, if necessary, will be taken at the several polling-places of the said district, on the NINTH day of DECEMBER, 1881.
