KUMARA DISTRICT. 1 Elections Act, ISBI,' J I, William Alfred Barton, Returning Officer for the Electoral District of Kumara, do hereby give notice that* by virtue of a writ bearing date the Ninth day of November, 1881, under the hand of the Clerk of the Writs, an ELECTION will be held for the return of ONE Qualifi d Person to setveas a MEMBER for the said Electoral District ;' and that the NOMINATION OF CANDIDATES will take place at the Resident Magistrate's Court House* Kumara, at noon on the FIRST day of DECEMBER, 1881 ; and that the POLL, if necessary, will be taken at the several polling-places of the said district} on the NINTH day of DECEMBER, 1881. I, JAMES WYLDE, Officer, do hereby give notice that the ANNUAL ELECTION of MAYOR for the Borough of Kumara will be held on WEDNESDAY, the 30th day of November, 1881.
