PETERS ; together with Good-will, License, Stock-In-Trade, Bar Fittings, Furniture, &c., Alcock's Billiard Table; handsome Boucer’s Pianoforte, quite new; and every requisite for a first-class Hotel. Furniture, &c., may be taken, at a valuation. The House occupies the best possible position in Dillman’s Town; is adjacent to the road now being constructed through from Knmara to Christchurch road; and is doing the best business. Satisfactory reasons can he given by the Proprietor for retiring; and all information can be obtained by applying to the Proprietor, Mr C. PETERS, on the piemises. M E.
