ERRATUM.
A typographical error crept into some figures in our report on Saturday of Mr R. J. Seddon’s speech at the banquet on Friday evening. In the sentence which read ; 11 At present on the Gold-
fields the revenues for local purposes are raised at the rate of £IOOO from business people, as against £IOOO from the miners, whilst in number they are about equal; ” the last-named amount should have been £OOOO.
