REUTER'S TELEGRAMS.

BRITISH AND FOREIGN, London, August 10. The Irish Land Bill was again brought before the House of Commons to-day, when further amendments by the House of Lords were rejected. It is expected that the Lords will be obstinate in insisting upon their amendment. New York, August 10. The report from Chicago regarding the Irish Revolution Convention now meeting there states that considerable discord has already manifested itself among the agitators, between whom there has been great wrangling on the subject of finance. Calcutta, August 11. Telegrams are to hand from Afghanistan reporting that Ayonb Khan, although strongly supported by his adherents, is hampered by the want of arms, and that his advance is delayed for this reason. It is also announced that a strong force of the Ameer's partizans is advancing from Cabul to Khelat Ghilzai fort, about 80 miles to northeast of Candahar, commanding the road between that place and Cabul. Ayoub Khan, according to latest intelligence, is itill in the neighborhood of Candahar.
