Christchurch, August The medical officer presented aireport on small-pox. He said that some four months ago he inspected 700 school children, and found one out/of every seven unvaccinated, and one out of every six so imperfectly vaccinated, that little if any immunity from smail-pbx had been secured. He urged the 'necessity of stringently enforcing vaccination, and also of providing proper hospital accommodation. The Boai’d decided "to send a copy of the report to the Government at once.
