LATEST AUSTRALIAN NEWS. Albany, August 2. The Peninsula and Oriental Company’s steamship Kaiserhind arrived in King George’s Sound this afternoon, with the inward English mails, dated Loudon, Ist July. Melbourne, August 2. The Victorian Parliament was prorogued to-day, and will meet again on the 4th inst. for a new session. Sydney, August 3. In the Legislative Assembly last night the Influx of Chinese Restriction Bill was read a third time and passed as transmitted to the Legislative Council.
