A MEETING of the local Lady and Gentlemen AMATEURS will be held at the Adelphi Theatre, on MONDAY, JULY 18th, at 8 o’clock, to discnss the idea of forming a DRAMATIC CLUB. The present occasion offers great advantages, Mr W. Warren, late of the Comedy Company (who is likely to make a goodly stay in Kumara) offering his services; he has a large wardrobe, plays, &c. All those desirous of joining and are unable to attend are requested to kindly forward their names aud address.
FUNERAL NOTICE. The friends of mr. james TURNER are respectfully invited to attend the Funeral of hie late WIFE, MARY JANE TURNER. Her remains will be interred in the Kuraara Cemetery, TO-MORROW, SATURDAY, 16th inst., the Funeral moving from his residence, upper Seddon street, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon. H.
