Sir—You stated to me when you took my order for Oil-skin Coats for myself and Mr Gillbanks, that the articles would be much superior to anything of the kind I had ever seen before. I desire to inform you that I have used oil-skins tor the last sixteen years, but I never found any to answer so well as yours. They are thoroughly waterproof, and are comfortable to walk in. It is a matter of surprise to me that you have not advertised such admirable articles, as I feel convinced that they need only to be known to be extensively worn.
