Sir— You stated to me when you took my order for Oil-skin Coats for myself and Mr Gillbanks, that the articles would be much superior to anything of the kind I had ever seen before. I desire to inform you that I have used oil-skins for the last sixteen years, but I never found any to answer so well as yours. They are thoroughly waterproof, and are comfortable to walk in. It is a matter of surprise to me that you have not advertised such admirable articles, as I feel convinced that they need only to be known to be extensively worn. Reference to Mr Passmore, farmer, Teremakau, or to Mr Gillbank, will prove that I have not overstated the case.—l am, sir, yours truly, John Wills. YTOTICE TO GROUND SLUICERS Dt In particular, And to the public at large. I should have advertised before, but the late fire disabled me from supplying any great demand at the time when I was made aware that my OILSKINS were in reality superior to any ever seen or known before. But I am in a position to supply OIL-SKIN SUITS, HYDRAULIC HOSE, TENTS, MATTRASSES, AND SOU’-WESTERS, All of my own make. I shall be glad if my customers who feel satisfied will give me a written acknowledgment of their belief in the superiority of my improved article. TAR OIL, and SEWING MACHINES, Always on hand. C. F.
