Dunedin, July 1. There are no fresh cases, or any further sign of small-pox on board the Charles Worsley. Two hundred people arrived by the special Exhibition train from Christchurch and elsewhere, and Dunedin is undergoing a mild excitement over the torch-light procession to-night. Serious charges being "made against the Town Cleik of the City Council yesterday, it was decided to be necessary that he should prosecute the person making them for libel.
