DuSePin, June 30. Bacon, a seaman, whose father resides at fort Chalmers, and who waS first seized with small-pox 6h the Charles Worsley, was Unvaccinated, and is very Igadly marked. The carpenter and another seaman, who were vaccinated, are only slightly marked. Half-a-dozen passengers on board were kept aft and escaped. The mate‘s naine who died was Peregrine,
Port Chalmers, June 30. On the health officers boarding the' ship Chatles Worsley, from London, k they pronounced that a seaman shown to them was attacked by small-pox. Three persons had been attacked on the voyage, and Joseph Penegrine, aged 41, died from it; and two others are badly marked.
