The Reform Bill framed on the basis of the proposals made by Mr Ramsay) and adopted by the Conference of Joint Committees yesterday, was passed through the Assembly last everting, and forthwith transmitted to the Legislative Council, where it was also carried through all stages without discussion. Great satisfaction is expressed on all sides at the compromise which has thus been effected between the tyyo Houses.
