Everything in the pathway of the storm was •demolished and crushed, and annihilated. Barnes,- fences, sheds, telegraph poles, and everything at all fragile were swept up. Mf Cutter and his firemen •crouched down in the tender, and for a tooment feared tint the whole train Would ba overturned. .The cars were ■only held on the track by their safety chains.
