London, May 4. The Irish Land Bill was again under consideration in the House of Commons this evening. In the course of the debate which took place Sir Stafford Niu'thcote made a speech forcibly condemniug the measure. He further took occasion to denounce generally the policy of the Government, which he characterised as decidedly communistic in its tendency. It is announced that the Irish members of the House of Commons will shortly propose a vote of censure on the Right Hon. W. E. Forster, Chief Secretary for Ireland, for his action in connection with the arrest of MiDillon, M.P.

Athens, May 4. Three Greek army corps are bein<* prepared to occupy the territory in Thessally and Epirus, which is to be ceded by Turkey for the extension of the frontier.
