gOROUGH OF KUMARA, NOTICE is hereby given that the Borough Council intend on the sth day of May 1881, to make a GENERAL RATE of ONE SHILLING in the ROUND for the year ending on the 31st of March, 1882, and payable in one sum on the 7th MAY 1881. And notice is also given that the Rate Book and an estimate of the proposed expenditure of the Council daring the period for which the rate is to be made are Open for Inspection' at the Town Clerk's Office.
