BRITISH AND FOREIGN. London, April 14. A bulletin issued to-day reports that Earl Beaconsfield has experienced decided symptoms of recovery and is hourly regaining strength. The Conference of tenant righters have passed a resolution approving of the provisions of the Irish Land Bill which has been introduced in Parliament. Mr John Dillon, M.P. for Tipperary, has written a letter denouncing the Irish Land Bill. The death of the Rev. William Morley Panshon, a prominent Wesleyan Minister, aged 57, is announced to-day. LATEST AUSTRALIAN NEWS. Melbourne, April 16. The Board appointed to distribute the Kelly Reward Fund, has made its award of £BOOO.
