WESTLAND COUNTY COUNCIL^ WHEREAS, for the benefit of the Residents of Larrikins Kumara, the County Council of Westland have widened a portion of Larrikins Track into a DRAY ROAD, and have Deviated apportion of the same : It is now', therefore, publicly notified, in accordance with section 88, " Fublic Works Act, 1876," that the said Road, as now constructed, is hereby declared a COUNTY ROAD.
