Mr Perkins appeared for the plaintiffs, and Mr Guinness for the defence: This was a case in which the plain-? tiffs sued the defendants for £75. damages, for injury they had sustained to their dam at th 6" Greenstohejthw.ttgh the action of the defendants. On the' Other hand, the defendants maintained that the plaintiffs had no title to the dam in question; and Mr Guinness asked for a'nonsuit on-those grounds.
