CAUTION. DOG REGISTRATION ACT, 1880. \J Act provides that the OWNERS of DOGS must REGISTER them in the district wherein sach owner lives or has his place of business. Persons therefore living or carrying on business in the County, who may in error register in any other district are still liable to the penalties, and instructions have been issued to the County Registrars to strictly enforce the Act.
