[NEW ZEALAND PRESS ASSOCIATION.] Nelson, January 10. The Supreme Court was occupied all day, as well as on Saturday, re Wymond's application, who was made a bankrupt, for his discharge. This was opposed on behalf of the trustees—the creditors having passed a resolution that the discharge should be suspended for three years. They also applied that a prosecution should be directed on the gronnd that the debtor had removed goods ; also by an incorrect balance sheet liad obtained advances in cash and goods. The Chief Justice in effcefc, said that the matter of the alleged oflences under the Fraudulent Debtors' Act were proper for consideration by a jury. Regarding the discharge, he said had there been no opposition, it was a c\se where he would have the discharge for a year, and as the creditors would have an opportunity of reconsidering the matter he postponed the application for twelve months.
