BRITISH AND FOREIGN. London, June 18. The total quantity of wheat afloat for Great Britain amounts to 1,550,000 quarters. Consols, 98|. Adelaide wheat, ex warehouse, 50s. Best Australian beef tallow 325. The cricket match, Australians v. Eighteen University of Dublin was continued today. The attendance was large and the weather fine. The Home team in their first innings scored 98. The Australians then went in for their second innings, and when the stumps were drawn had scored 132 with the loss of six wickets. Bannerman was the highest scorer with 69, and caught out In the House of Commons to-day Sir Wilfied Lawson introduced a series of resolutions regarding local option in licensing.
