KUMARA HOSPITAL.
A meeting of the Hospital Committee was held in the Secretary's Room last evening ; present—Messrs Spyers (in the chair), Mansfield, Druramond, BroTvn; Agnew, Pearn. The minutes of the previous- meeting were read and confirmed. A letter froni the Secretary of the Westland Hospital re account of £53 15s Id was read and received. The Secretary was instructed to Veply to the letter informing the Secretary of the Westland Hospital that as soon as the amount voted is forwarded to this Committee the account will be paid. The Secretary reported that for the past year, dating from July Ist, 1879; only 139 annual tickets had been taken out, which, with 20 half-yearly tickets, made the total amount received from that sou ice £149. Tenders for the usual necessaries for the Hospital for the next six months were ordered to be advertised for in the Ktjmaua. Times. It was moved and carried that a list of ticket-holders and subscribers be printed, similar to last year, and circulated with the Kum.uu Tijies, dating frdm. July. Cash received _fm^^g^^^fc^nm.
