BRITISH AND FOREIGN* London, May 20. The Australian cricketers commenced a match to-day against 18 of Longsight. The English team went in first, and scored 118. Spofforth took nine wickets. The Australians then went in, and when the stumps were drawn had six wickets down for 26. The bowling against them being dead on the wicket. The house of Lords, after a short debate, voted the Address in Reply to the speech from the throne.
