They must be addressed to the Hon. the Minister for Public Works, and marked "Tender for Kumara SludgeOhannel" on outside of envelope. Plans and Specifications may be seen at this Office, and at the Public Works Offices, Greyrnouth, and Kumara. Tenders, with properly-filled-up Schedules, must be sent in on the printed form, which will be supplied on application. Telegraphic tenders will be received under the usual conditions, provided corresponding written tenders are delivered to any General Government Engineer by the time and date above mentioned. PUBLIC NOTICE, "PROPERTY TAX ASSESSMENT ACT, 1879.*' DISTRICT OF NELSON. IN accordance with section 30 of the above Act, the Property-Tax Commissioner hereby gives public notice that the 30th day of June next is the time, and the City of Nelson is the place, which all persons in the District of Nelson are required to furnish statements of all real and personal property belonging to them, in accordance with the said Act.
