By Order of the Warden, SEABED TENDERS are invited for the PURCHASE of a SLUICING CLAIM and TAIL-RACE, situate at Hayes Terrace, adjoining Barrowman and party’s claim, known as Hansen and party’s, together with all Tools, Trucks, &c., used in working the said Claim, Tenders to be addressed to me at the Warden’s Office, Kumara, and sent in nftt later than THURSDAY, the 13th MAY, 1880, at 4 o’clock in the afternoon, and must be accompanied by a deposit of Five Pounds, and labelled “Tender for the purchase of Hansen and party’s Sluicing Claim, Hayes Terrace.” W.
