In pursuance of the powers and provisions of the Municipal Corporations Act, 1876, the Council of the" Borough of Kumara do Hereby make the following Bye-Law : The fees and charges to be taken and charged by. the Poundkeeper of the Pound established by the Council oi: . the Borough of Kumara withm the Borough, in respect of all animals impounded, and for the maintenance of the same, shall b« as follows: . , . s. d;, For each horse, mare, gelding* foal, mule, ass, bull, ox, calf, pig, or goat ... ..„ 1 0 For each sheep, or lamb .;. 0 6* The above fees to be paid for each day or part df a day during Which the animal is kept in the Pound.
