gOROUGH OF KUMARA. PROCLAMATION. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following BYE-LAW will come into force ou the 15th day of MAY, 1880: Bye-Law No. 12 of the Council op the Borough of Kumara, relating to Public Pounds. In pmsuance of the powers and provisions of the Municipal Corporations Act, 1876, the - Council of the Borough of Kumara do hereby make the following Bye-Law;— The fees and charges to be taken and charged by the Poundkeeper of the Pound established by the Council of the Borough of Kumara within the Borough, in respect of all animals impounded, and for the maintenance of the same, shall be as follows : s. d. For each horse, mare, gelding, foal, mule, ass, bull, ox, calf, pig, or goat 1 0 For each sheep, or lamb ... 0 6 The above fees to be paid for each day or part of a day during which the animal is kept in the Pound. CHARGES FOR FOOD. S. d. For each horse, mare, gelding, foal, mule, or ass ... ... 5 0 For each bull, ox, cow, or calf 4 0 For each goat, or pig ... ... 1 6 For each sheep or lamb ... 1 0 The above charges to be paid for each day or part of a day during which the animal is supplied with food and water by the Poundkeeper.
