The new Ministry has been formed as follows Service, Premier and Treasurer ; Ramsay, Colonial SV&retary and Minister of Education -; Kerford, At-torney-General • Madden, Minister of Justice ; Gillies, Minister of Railways • Duffy, Minister of Lands; Clarke-, Minister of Mines; Bent, Minister of Public Works ; Cuthbert, PostmasterGeneral and Commissioner of Customs. Messrs Francis and Anderson are in the Cabinet without office. The House meets on May 11. March 5. James Service, the New Premier, has intimated he will adhere to his reform proposals, as Set forth in his address last month, to the electors of Maldon, namely, to maintain, intact, his former scheme of reform, including a joint sitting on the Norwegian plan. It is expected Mr Service NVill address his constituents in a fear days.
