Sub-section 2 of section 2 of " The Qualification of Electors Act 1879," provides that ' every man of the age of twenty-one years or upwards who has resided for one year in the Colony, and six months in the Electoral District, is entitled to be registered as an Elector &c.*' Forms of claims to vote, can be obtained at the office; and from Mr W.
