NOTICE; PERSONS lodging APPLICATIONS in the Wardens' Offices at Greymouth, Ahaura, No Town, Maori Gully (Arnold), Dunganville, Greenstone; arid Kumaraj for the obtaining or granting of a registered RIGHT to any CLAIM, RIGHT, or PRIVILEGE, are hereby informed that they must attend at the Warden's Court on the day fixed for the hearing of such application (whether the same has been objected to or not) ; and in order to prove that such application has been posted on the Site of the Right, Claim, or Privilege applied for, a memorandum signed by twd disinterested persons voccupying Claims adjacent thereto, and to the effect that such notice has been posted according to the Regulations made under " The Mines Act, 1877," must be produced in Court on the day of hearing, otherwise the application will be dismissed.
