PERSONS lodging APPLICATIONS in the Wardens’ Offices at Greymouth, Aha'ura, No Town, Maori Gully (Arnold), Dunganville, Greenstone) and Kumara, for the obtaining or granting ot a registered B IGHT to any CLAIM, RIGHT, or PRIVILEGE, are hereby informed that they m\\st attend at the Warden’s Court '6n the day fixed for the hearing of such application (whether the same has been objected to or hot) ; and in order to prove that such application has been posted on the Site of the Bight, Claim, or Privilege applied for, a memorandum sighed by two disinterested persons bbcupying Claims adjacent thereto, and to the Effect that such notice has been posted according to the Regulations made under “ The Mines Act, 1877,” must he produced in Court on the day of hearing, otherwise the application Will be dismissed.
