[to the editor.] Sir—lt is perfectly incomprehensive to me that no information has as yet been received here as to the nature of the Kumara Education Reserve Kill, introduced by the Government, and passed by the House of Representatives.. In a case such as ours, where so many persons are interested, I think it would not have been very much trouble for one of our members to have sent a copy of the Bill, or through some channel explained its provisions.—l am, &c., Tenant.
