A man named Thomas Tenlon died suddenly last night at his lodgings, Alenlon House, S. Asaph street east. Deceased, who was 50 years of age, had been employed as a blacksmith on the railway. About half-past seven o’clock last evening he left the boardhouse to take a walk up town, and became suddenly ill in (Jathedral square. No' new evidence; was adduced, except that of Ritchie, alias, Scotfcie, one of the chief witnesses for prosecution, who admitted that lie had been sentenced to eighteen mouths’ imprisonment for setting hie to a stack at Dumbarton Scotland. At the close of the ease fur prosecution, the foreman asked if the jury' might be allowed to give the terdict at once, without hearing the defence or judge’s charge. The Judge replied in the negative. The Court then adjourned till 1 o’clock. The ease; for the defence is now proceeding. October 15. The jury returned a verdict acquitting Waters on the charge of murder.
