London, Sept. 29. A boat race on the Thames, between Higgins and Boyd, was arranged, and won easily by Boyd. There is an agitation, of farmers in Ireland for a reduction of rents. Mr Parnell is advocating non-payment in case the landlords refuse. Adelaide wheat, per 496 lbs ex warehouse, is quoted at 55s ; Adelaide flour, pe:- 285 lbs ex warehouse, 40s. The total quantity of wheat afloat is 1,580,006 quarters. Best Australian beef tallow, 32s 6d; best mutton tallow, 35s 9d. October 1. A dividend of 3s 4d has been declared in favor of the depositors in the Glasgow Bank. An Agrarian outrage has taken place in Ireland. The agent of the Marquis of Sligo was attacked at Castlebar.
