As many intending shareholders wish the promoter to make a definite proposal in reference to the disposal of the above properties, I will guarantee them to receive 7 per cent per annum on their outlay for seven years, after which the interest will be reduced, and shareholders wishing to withdraw will bo paid their money in full. The scrip of the above Company being ready for issue the promoter will hold one-half of it.
