Melbourne, Sept. 4 The result of the official enquiry as to the cause of the collision between the Claud Hamilton and barque Ben, in Hobson's B iy, is that the certificate of the Captain of the Claud Hamilton has besn suspended for two months. In the Legislative Assembly last night, the whole of the items of the tariff, as recently amended, was carried by a large majority. Sydney, Sept. 4.
