NOTICE is hereby given that SECTIONS 39 to 93 of the "EDUCATION ACT" are now in force in the KumaraSchool District; and that the PARENTS and GUARDIANS of Children not attending a Public School are liable to a Penalty of Forty Shillings for every week during which they neglect to send their Children to !
