In pursuance of the powers and provisions of the Municipal Corporations Act, 1876, the Council of the Borough of Kumara- do hereby make the following Bye-Law:— • The fees and charges to be taken and charged by the Pound keeper of the Public Ponnd, established by the Council of the Borough of Kumara, within the Borough, in respect of all animals impounded, and for the maintenance of the same, shall be as follows : s. d. For each horse, mare, gelding, foal, mule, ass, bull, ox, calf, piu, or goat ... ... 1 0 For each sheep or lamb ... 0 6 The above fees to he paid for each day or part of a day during which the animal is kept in the Pound.
