And that PUBLIC NOTICE of the provisions of such Bye-Law, and the intclition to consider and adopt the same in and for the Boi'migh of Kumara, is hereby given, in pursuance of the provisions of (he Municipal Corporations Act, 187 G. In pursuance of the powers and provisions of the Muircipal Corporations Act, 187 G, the Council of the Borough of Kumara do hereby make the following Bye-Law ; The fees and charges to he taken and charged by the Pound keeper of the Public Pound, established by the Council of the Borough of Kumara, within the Borough, in respect < f all animals impounded, and for the maintenance of the same, shall be as follows : s. d. Por each horse, mare, gelding, foal, mule, ass, bull, ox, calf, pig, or goat ... ... 1 0 For each sheep or lamb ... 0 6 The above fees to he paid for each day or parr of a day during which the animal is kept in die Pound, DRIVING FEES. S. d. Por every head of cattle, of any any sort whatsoever, for every mile or fractional part of a mile ~. . 1 0 CHARGES FOR FOOD. s. d.
