Me now have the pleasure to inform you that we have carefully examined all the vouchers connected with the expenditure and also the books except the blocks of the annual tickets such not being in possession of the Secretary. We also desire to call your intention to the promissory notes from patients in the Secretary’s care amounting in nominal value to over .£IOO and suggest that some steps be taken to realise them.
