[to the editor.] Sir —Some time ago I saw in ynm paper that the Hospital Committee had adopted a code of laws similor to those of the Hokitika Hospital. Since then I ,b.ave seen in the - West Const Times an advertisement informing the subscribers to the .Hokitika Hospital that the annual election of.a committee ■would take place on a certain date, as also another ..informing ; the public- the dames ,of those gentlemen , who had ; been elected. .
