VTOTICE is HEREBY GIVEN that J.l it is the intention of the County Council of Westland to make a GENERAL RATE of ONE SHILLING (Is) in the Pound on the Valuation Roll of the said C< imity, as set forth in the Rate Book of the County aforesaid; said rate to he due and payable on and after JUNE 12th, 1879, in one lump sum.
